What is a3innuva Nómina?

a3innuva Nómina is a payroll management software developed by Wolters Kluwer, based in the cloud. This software is designed to facilitate the administration of employee payroll within a company, enabling management of aspects such as salary calculation, tax withholdings, worked hours, vacations, sick leaves, among others.

What is this integration about?

This integration allows you to save time since you will not have to duplicate the work doing the actions in the two platforms, but automatically what you do in factorial will be reflected in a3innuva Nómina via API.

Note: In order to use the integration, the customer has to make use of the Wolters Kluwer API and pay Wolters Kluwer an extra 15% over the a3innuva subscription for the use of their API.

What data will be synchronized?

The following items will be synchronized from your HRIS Factorial to 3innuva:

• New Hires
• Terminations
• Employee & contract data updates
• Absences (IT & Absenteeism)

Fields synced in the integration:

• Employee data: First name, First last name, Second last name, ID number, Social Security number, Date of birth, Sex, Nationality, Address, Telephone number, Email, IBAN of the bank of payment, Company, Work center, Contribution account.
• Contract data: Type of contract, Contract start date and end date, Seniority date, Date of extra pay, CNO occupation, Education level, Collective agreement, Position, Tariff group, Occupation TGSS, Type of payment, Agreement code, Contract classification, Contract type, Contract contribution type, Job position, Regime
