Oh wow, can I put it here?I'm ready for a new tattoo, a wolf.
Yes, it's not for the wolf, that's right. Why would you never work in an environment where you are not allowed to show off your tattoos?
It wasn't the question about leadership, but this is the ultimate question.
I have tattoos and I don't hide them.If I wanted to hide them, I obviously wouldn't have put them on my arm.
Of course, my tattoos aren't the cornerstone of my personality, but it's a part of me that I like to show off, it's a part of who I am.
I'm glad I got this tattoo. It's something I like, something that will stay on my arm forever and I'm glad it's there.
So it's part of me, like what I wear, like whether or not I have an earring or a piercing, or even a mohawk
This part may say something about me, but it doesn't tell you anything about who I am as a professional.
Having an earring, a certain hairstyle, or a tattoo doesn't tell you how capable I am of doing my job.
It doesn't say anything; it says what Fabio is like in everyday life.
Fabio wanted to get a tattoo, so he got a tattoo. That's it.
Is it right, is it wrong, do you like it, don't you like it?
Who cares? The point is that I like it. That's what matters.
You don't like it?That's your problem, don't do it. I don't know what to say.
But this doesn't change our relationship, it's not like my tattoo says "i'm good, you're not". It is what it is.
So a workplace where my tattoo, which is not representative of what I am capable of doing, and doesn't reflect any extreme stance or personal values.
If this is a problem, then many other things can be a problem.
So my opinions can be a problem if they are not aligned to what you think.
My way of working can be a problem if it's not exactly what you think. My hair can be a problem.
So if this is already the case from the beginning,I don't think it can be a productive environment or situation. If they don't even like tattoos,I don't see how there there can be freedom of expression, good organizational management of people, or a healthy working environment.
Because it means judging, it means saying: you, because you have this, you are this.
And that isn't right. And so I don't want to work in a place like that.
These are small signs, but in my opinion they are not so small because they reveal a lot about the workplace environment that exists in an organization.
These are the clues that really tell you what an organization is like.
It's not a question of 'are tattoos okay, yes or no'. It could be many other things, but if there is no respect for who you are, there's a lack of respect in other areas, whether it's tattoos, hair, or how you dress.
You can dress however you want.So that's why it's important, not so much for the tattoo itself.
So let's give ourselves a high five, fellowed tattooed people.
Yeah, that's right. How was that? Thank you.Hey there.
Thank you very much. Thank you, everyone.Great.
